These Terms & Conditions govern your use of usamnwa.com and any sessions, courses, or programs booked through Movement Nordic Walking Academy USA (“USAMNWA,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings & Payment
Sessions, courses and certifications are booked on this site. Certification courses are registered first and paid second: you complete the registration form, then continue to secure payment. We accept payment via PayPal and Square, and the price shown is the price charged. We confirm your date and the details by email after you register.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move to another date, contact Adrian and we will agree what happens — see Cancellations and Transfers. If this matters to your decision, please ask before you register.
Assumption of Risk
Nordic Walking and related physical activities carry inherent risks of injury, as with any exercise. By participating in a USAMNWA session, course, or program, you confirm that you are physically able to take part and voluntarily assume the risks involved. If you have a health condition, injury, or concern, please consult a physician before participating and let your instructor know in advance.
Certification Use
Level 2 — Certified Nordic Walking Instructor graduates are authorized to lead paid Nordic Walking sessions, workshops, and private lessons under the Movement Nordic Walking Academy name, subject to maintaining good standing with USAMNWA. Level 1 — Nordic Walking Guide certification is for personal and informal community use and does not authorize paid or professional instruction.
Website Use
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. Content on this site — including text, images, and course materials — belongs to USAMNWA or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USAMNWA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in our sessions, courses, or programs, beyond the amount you paid for the applicable session or course.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
