We understand that plans can change. To keep our courses fair and sustainable, we apply the following policy:
• A $100 deposit is required to reserve your place. This deposit is non-refundable, but may be applied to another Nordic Walking USA course within 12 months.

• Cancellations made 30+ days before the course start date: Full refund minus a $25 processing fee.
• Cancellations made 15–29 days before the course: 50% refund or full transfer to another course.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the course: Non-refundable. A transfer may be offered if space allows.
• No-shows forfeit all payments.
