We are Nordic Walking experts from Europe and founders of the Slovak Nordic Walking Association in 2013 — a movement born from the search for sustainable, science-backed physical and physiotherapeutic activity. Since 2010, we have organized countless courses, certified instructors across Europe, and guided thousands of walkers toward stronger, healthier lives.

Now, as the USA Movement Nordic Walking Academy, we are bringing this proven European tradition to the United States — and elevating it for the modern American wellness lifestyle. We combine the full-body benefits of Nordic Walking with the ancient Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing — a mindful, sensory immersion in nature that has been scientifically shown to lower stress, reduce blood pressure, boost immunity, and sharpen mental clarity.
