Meet Adrian Kasper
Adrian Kasper has been involved in Nordic Walking education and movement instruction since 2013.
He established the First Nordic Walking Center in Slovakia and helped found the Slovak Nordic Walking Association. His experience also includes Spiral Stabilization instruction and many years of teaching movement, outdoor activities and Nordic Walking in the United States and Europe.
Adrian’s wider professional background includes skiing, climbing, Aikido, massage therapy and movement-based coaching. This allows him to look beyond the poles and teach Nordic Walking as a coordinated full-body movement built on posture, technique and body awareness.
His teaching focuses on practical understanding. Participants learn not only what to do, but why the movement works and how to recognize and correct common mistakes.
Adrian currently leads Nordic Walking lessons, experiences and instructor education in Orlando and Winter Park, Florida.
More Than Walking With Poles
Nordic Walking is simple to begin, but correct technique makes a significant difference. Our training focuses on the complete movement — not just carrying or placing the poles. Participants learn how posture, arm movement, pole placement and stride work together to create an efficient and coordinated full-body activity.
Hands-On Learning
Practice the technique with direct observation, correction and personal feedback.
Small Training Groups
Small groups provide more time for questions, movement correction and individual attention.
Clear Learning Path
Start with personal technique and community leadership before progressing to professional instruction.
Practical Teaching Skills
Instructor candidates learn how to explain, demonstrate and correct Nordic Walking — not simply perform it themselves.
Continued Support
Graduates receive ongoing support as they begin organizing walks, lessons and community programs.
