Over two days in the field you’ll build the technique foundation every Nordic Walking guide needs — proper posture, pole mechanics, and stride timing — then learn to see and correct the errors that keep most walkers from getting the benefit of the poles.

Format
Two consecutive days, in person, in Central Florida. Poles are available if you don’t yet have your own.

Anyone who wants to lead walks confidently — fitness professionals, physical therapists, senior-community staff, and enthusiasts who want to teach friends and family properly.
What comes next
Level 1 is required before the Level 2 Certified Instructor course. Level 2 is booked and paid for separately, and admission is subject to personal approval by the Lead Trainer based on your technique, readiness and practice after Level 1 — approximately one month of regular practice is recommended before applying.
